Cottage One contains beautiful East Lake furnishings. Throughout the house are original old pine wooden floors with area rugs to accent.

The cottage has a full kitchen with a granite countertop and a ceiling-to-floor cupboard taken out of an old house in Ohio. The bathroom contains an antique clawfoot tub with a hand shower. Purchased in Vicksburg, Mississippi, the bedroom suite contains a full-size bed, dresser, and washstand.
